Customer Service Agreement for Online Courses on Kajabi

1. Introduction
   Welcome to Korean with Ina on Kajabi. This Customer Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of our courses, services, and digital products on the Kajabi platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply witht this Agreement.
2. Course Access
   2.1 Access: Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials, which may include videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other educational content.
   2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment Terms
   3.1 Pricing: The prices for our courses are listed on our Kajabi site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
    3.2 Payment plans: If you choose the payment plan option, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that their bank account has sufficient funds to cover each installment payment. The Provider will attempt to process the payment on the due date specified in the payment plan. (Disregard this if you choose the full payment option.)
   3.3 Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, which provide instant access upon purchase, no refunds are available once a purchase is made. Please review the course details before completing your purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
   4.1 Ownership: All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and any downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Korean with Ina and are protected by copyright laws.
   4.2 Usage Restrictions: You may download, print, and use the digital resources for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, sell, or distribute these materials for commercial purposes.
5. Course Conduct
   5.1 Behavior: We encourage all members to engage in respectful and constructive interactions within our online community. We ask that everyone refrain from any behavior that could be considered harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate, as we aim to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
   5.2 Communication: Use the comment section and emails for questions and support. 
6. Technical Support
   6.1 Support Availability: We provide technical support for course access and functionality. Support is available 5 days a week.
   6.2 Limitations: Technical support does not cover issues related to personal equipment, internet connection, or software compatibility.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
   7.1 Privacy Policy: We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept secure and confidential. Your data will remain secure and will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes beyond providing our services.
